This tapestry evokes early Renaissance life in the castles. The majesty and richness of the people’s dresses is amplified by the darker thousand-flower background design. This series called ‘La Tenture de la Vie Seigneuriale’ consist of six tapestries, made in the beginning of the 16th century.
